📌 Vision
Palluruthy Block Panchayat is an important institution under the three-tier Panchayati Raj system. It focuses on local economic development, poverty eradication, upliftment of weaker sections, and the welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, women and children. It also plays a key role in implementing various Central and State Government schemes for the welfare and development of the local community.
The Block Panchayat also plans and implements comprehensive development programmes using Central and State Government funds, with the objective of ensuring sustainable and inclusive development of the region.

The long-term vision and goals of the institution are as follows:
