Ardra Kerala Award
**Award Criteria and Evaluation**
The State-District Awards are evaluated by the Health Department and Information Kerala Mission on the basis of various criteria as follows:
• Total funds spent on health and welfare projects.
• Palliative care activities.
• Rejuvenation certification scores.
• Immunization coverage, vector control, and public waste management.
• Implementation of ward-level preventive health activities and innovative ideas.
**Recent Winners**
In the latest award cycle (2023–2024), the following institutions won the first position at the state level. Each institution received a cash prize of ₹10 lakh:
• Block Panchayat: Palluruthy (Ernakulam)
• District Panchayat: Idukki
• Municipal Corporation: Thiruvananthapuram
• Municipality: Guruvayur (Thrissur)
• Village Panchayat: Vellinezhi (Palakkad)
